Harrogate Town: Alex Metcalfe in frame for Hyde United start
Mectalfe has been unable to sustain a first team presence since signing in 2013 and has since had spells on loan at Harrogate Railway and Ossett Albion.
A leg injury thwarted his time at Railway earlier this season but the midfielder has worked himself back to fitness and into the Harrogate Town squad.

Hide AdHe was an unused substitute on the long trek to Glouceser City, and boss Simon Weaver said he would be rewarded.
“He has shown unbelievable commitment,” said the manager.
“Sooner or later he warrants a chance. On Tuesday night he was flying into tackles in training.
“I think his best position is centre midfield. He looks to be busy all the time.”
Seb Carole made a substitute appearance against Gloucester, and Weaver said the 32-year-old was in the middle of an extended two-week trial.

Hide AdNew signing Luke Shiels could also be involved against the side rooted to the bottom of Vanarama Conference North, with only one win in 17 matches.
Shiels has joined from NCEL Premier side Worksop Town and Weaver believes he is ready for the step up.
“He’s a dominating centre-half who is unknown at this level. We have to be looking down the leagues as well as up. These are the types of decisions you take as a manager,” said Weaver.
“We have lost a nasty edge with our play at the back which we had with Alan White last year.
“I went to meet him and I was impressed with his hunger.
“ I am adamant I am going to have hungry lads that don’t lose it.”
